Opening hours
All consulting venues keep the same hours: Monday to Friday 09:00–20:00, Saturday 09:00–13:00.

The consultation request form asks only what is needed to arrange the appointment and to route it to the right surgeon. What you write there is held by the practice and is not used for marketing.
Before your appointment
- Book injectable and filler treatments with some notice. They are scheduled in blocks, and a late request usually means waiting for the next one.
- Skincare products can be bought at the clinic during opening hours without an appointment.
- Please arrive on time. Consultations run to a list, and a late start moves every patient behind you.
- If you are coming about your face, wear as little make-up as possible — it makes the assessment more accurate.
